9) league matches me har match new openers 

10) knock out me new openers applicable nhi hoga 

11) no ball waist ke upr 

12) fast bowl ke liye 1st warn nd 2nd dead ball aur agr waps fast dala to 3rd will be no ball 

13) side arm dead ball diya jayega 

14) if umpire ne kuch glt decision Diya acc to team khli team ka captain , opposite team ka captain umpire and leg umpire discuss krege 

15) if umpire doubt me hoga to he can consult 3rd umpire and give the decision.

16 ) ye time pe koi team player zyada chadega nhi
