We are on the lookout for our next Sales All-Rounder for the Power Promote team at CricHeroes!

Join our Power Promote team and be the game-changer we need. You'll work with passionate cricket enthusiasts to help small businesses—like cricket shops, academies, grounds, and tournament organisers—advertise meaningfully on our platform. Your mission: to knock traffic monetization for six and ensure our clients see a stellar ROI while promoting their brands.

You'll dive into understanding the unique needs of small cricket-related businesses. Your role will be a hat-trick of responsibilities:
  • reaching out to potential advertisers,
  • crafting and executing value-driven ad strategies, running campaigns, and
  • ensuring clients get the most from their efforts on CricHeroes.
Plus, you'll keep an eagle eye on performance metrics to refine our game plan and ensure deliverables as per contracts are met. This role includes hitting defined targets, perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment.

All - Rounder - Business Development - Marketing
This role is specifically to focus & grow CricHeroes in USA, Canada, Australia and some part of Europe.
  • New user acquisition.
    This role will require skills such as stretagizing & executing campaigns on Social Media platforms & In-App which helps us acquire more users on the CricHeroes App, exponentially.KPI - 200k thousand users in each country by March 25.
  • Improve Verification ratio to already existing users.
    Strategize and execute campaigns which can take verification ration to 60% from 50% by March 25 (USA, Canada, Australia & ROW users)
  • Increase Inbound League Registration Flow
    Currently, most of the growth efforts to get more tournaments are via traditional and manual channels (Referrels, Outreach, Soft Calling, etc)This role will need to strategize & execute Social Media Campaigns, Email Marketing to potential clients and get more inbound leads and registrations on the platform.KPI - Total 25000 Matches to be scored in each USA, Canada & Australia by March 25.
  • Pro Membership conversion
    Strategize and execute campaigns on App, Emails & Social Media to increase the Pro Membership revenue in this FY.KPI - USD 50k in revenue from July to March25 from outside Asia countries (mainly from USA, Canada & Australia)
  • Live Streaming conversion
    Strategize and execute Live Streaming campaigns on the App, Emails & Social Media to generate more revenue from the feature.KPI - Increase In-App purchase by 200% (~4000/- USD per month)

We are on the lookout for our next Sales All-Rounder for the Video Solutions Team at CricHeroes!.

Join our Video Solutions team and be the game-changer we need. You’ll work with passionate cricket enthusiasts to help streamers and organisers with video streaming solutions.
Your mission: to develop the market for cricket streaming, improve our product, and ensure our clients get top-notch service.

You'll dive into understanding the unique needs of streamers, organisers, and captains. Your role will be a hat-trick of responsibilities:
  • Reaching out to potential clients and understanding their requirements for video streaming and mobile streaming/overlay.
  • Conducting market surveys and selling our streaming solutions
  • Crafting and executing marketing campaigns targeting our audience to create awareness and sell our streaming solutions.
  • Developing the market for cricket streaming and helping us improve our product based on market feedback.
  • Continuously learning from the market and competition to refine our offerings.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including streamers, organizers, and captains, to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Handling tournament streams and assisting in making them successful.

What You Need to Bring to the 'Pitch':
