This tournament is organized by ITC Chennai Sports Committee for employees of Xylem Water Technologies, ITC Chennai. 8 Teams are fighting for the trophy and each team will contain atleast 1 female player.

1. Eight overs match
2. First over is mandatory allotted for women players. It should be bowled by a female and the batter should be a female.
3. If the female batter got out within the 5 balls of first over, then the over will be considered as completed, and teams will move to 2nd over.
4. In the bowling team, the female player must be present inside the field for first 4 overs. After that, the teams can substitute by a male player but not mandatory to substitute if the team wish to retain the female player inside field after the 4th over.
5. 2nd & 3rd over will be batting powerplay where only 2 players are allowed outside 30 yards circle.
6. From 4th - 8th over, maximum of 5 players are allowed outside the 30 yard circle.
7. LBW & End change is not applicable.
8. Chucking not allowed for male players. Only female players are allowed to bowl by chucking.
9. In an innings, after 4 overs, 2 mins break is given to plan strategies.
