1, Total 16 teams in this tournament.
2, Total four groups in this tournament 
3, Every group has four teams, 
4, three League matches every teams. 
5, Two teams from each group will advance to the quarter-finals.
6, If the points of any team are equal then it will enter into quarter finals or semi finals on the basis of run rate.
7, Only the committee will decide which team will play with which team?
8, Any team must have three players who are 30 plus.Only players from Muzaffarnagar will play in this tournament.
9, Any player who is coaching in any cricket academy outside of Muzaffarnagar is not eligible for this tournament.
10, All teams are required to deposit their entry fees before the match.
11, The committee will give you only stumps along with the ground.
12, The decision of the committee will be final.
13, The winner of the final will be given Rs 15,000 cash and a trophy. Fifteen thousand 
14, The runner up team in the final will be given Rs 11,000 cash and a trophy. Eleven thousand 
15, Every man of the match will be given a silver coin at The Match from committee. 
16, Both the semi-final teams will be given ₹3100 cash and a trophy. 
17, Man of the Series, Best Bowler, Best Batsman etc will be given trophies.
