1) All League Matches will be of 16 Overs and for Semi-Final & Final will be of 20 Overs.

2) A Squad of 18 Players is allowed and should be provided at the start of the Tournament and no inclusion or changes of any member of the squad due to any reason in-between the tournament.

3) BOWLING LIMIT:  In League Stage (16 overs), only 1 bowler is allowed to bowl 4 Overs all other bowlers have a limit of 3 Overs respectively and for Semi-Finals & Finals (20 Overs) All bowlers have a limit of 4 Overs.

4) MATCH TIMINGS: captains are requested to start the matches by 6:30 am being the tournament conducted in summer season, lets make sure no one gets sick because of the heat.

5) IMPACT PLAYER: Every team will have 11 players and 1 impact player and once you get an impact player in place of the other player the substituted player cannot take further part in the match, he can neither bowl or bat after he has been substituted with the impact player, NOTE: THE IMPACT PLAYER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE MATCH TEAM AS A 12th PLAYER.

6) RULES: All the international rules are applicable (excluding LBW) and all the captains are requested to follow the said rules and cannot change according to their own leisure.

7) FIELD RESTRICTIONS: For League stage as there is no Power-play minimum of 4 fielder are to be placed inside the circle and for Semi-finals and Finals we have a 6-Over Power-Play where you can place a maximum of 2 Fielders Outside the Circle and after which 4 fielders are withing the circle.

8) RETIRED-HURT RULE: If a player is retired for any reason at any stage of the game, he can resume his batting after the fall of 7th wicket and not before that.

9) PLAYER RESTRICTIONS: Once a Player is included in a squad of any Team he cannot play in other team for that tournament and No player is allowed to play two matches at the same time.

10) QUALIFICATIONS: Each Team will Play 9 League Stage matches and based on their points and NRR top 4 Teams will Qualify for the Semi-Finals and Semi-Finals will be Conducted as (1 vs 4) & (2 Vs 3) according to the points Table.

11) The table will be decided once the semi-finals are completed and the losing teams of the semis will play for the 3rd spot on the table.

12) LATE START: any team due to which the match starts after 7:15 am will be penalized with 1 over with each 5 min delayed NOTE: Suppose a team get delayed by 15 min their batting overs will be reduced by 3 and they will play only for 13 overs. Captains ensure your match starts on time.

13) If there are any discussions regarding issues and the decision taken by the organizers will be the final decision and every captain is expected to adhere to those decisions.
