Rules for matches
1. All matches will be of 12 over innings. There will be 3 matches on each day. Each team will play 2 matches on a day.
2. Both playing team should agree on fielders borrowed from resting team as that fielder might get batting.
3. Borrowed fielders from resting team will only field in inner circle as they will also field for their match. They might field out of inner circle if there is no option for them to find in inner circle.
4. Both umpires will be from resting team. Umpire decision is final. No pin points to umpire decision or mistakes. There shouldn't be any player from opponents team near leg umpire.
5. Each bowler can bowl maximum of 2 overs. Borrowed fielders can bowl if all 3 teams captain agrees to.
6. Power play will be of 3 overs.
7. There will be additional 1 over batting power play which batting team captain can decide and announce before start of over. Maximum 3 players outside inner circle allowed for batting power play. Last over will be batting power play if batting team forget to take batting power play.
8. 5 fielders maximum outside of inner circle.
9. No runners allowed except batter injured on field.
10. Any bowler suspect of chuck action to be reviewed by all 3 captains and should be joint decision.
11. Each team will play 24 matches in the tournament.
12. Each inning should complete within 45 minutes. For each over the fielding team falls short by the end of 45 minutes, one fielder docked outside 24 meters.
13. Team captain can select any player from respective team squad to bat and bowl anytime.
14. Captain is responsible to follow up with their team players and ensure their playing 11 are on field. They can only borrow players if they don't have enough players from their squad on the ground.
15. Final : 15 overs - 3 overs per bowlers
16. Boundary parramatta : 48/ 24
18. Any new player outside of team squads has to decided on ground and all 3 captains to decide for agreement.
19. No ball : will be hip of the umpire and bowled also not out (icc rule) - to be finalise on ground with captains agreements.
20. Each team will be nominated to reach early on ground and hold pitch, set up boundaries and roll out turns on weekly basis.
