*1️⃣ Tournament Structure and Team Composition*

Teams: 8 teams, each with 7 players. ? No substitutes for batting or bowling; only fielding if a player is missing

Matches: Each match consists of 8 overs:
? First 2 Overs: Standard Bowling
? Middle 4 Overs: Throw
? Last 2 Overs: Standard Bowling

Bowling and Overarm Throwing Limits:

Each player can bowl a maximum of 2 overs per match.

For throwing:
One designated player is allowed to throw 2 consecutive overs in the middle of the match.
The remaining 2 throwing overs must be split between two other players, with each throwing 1 over.


*2️⃣ Match Format and Scheduling*

League Matches:  
Round-robin format. ?  
ties decided by net run rates.

Playoffs:
? Qualifier 1: Top two teams face off. Winner advances to the Final.
? Eliminator: Third vs. fourth place. Winner to Qualifier 2.
? Qualifier 2: Loser of Qualifier 1 vs. winner of the Eliminator. Winner to the Final.
? Final: Winner of Qualifier 1 vs. Winner of Qualifier 2.


*3️⃣ Timing and Punctuality*

? Teams must arrive 15 minutes before match time. A grace period of 10-15 minutes is allowed. Late arrival results in loss of match.

*4️⃣ Financial Aspects*

? Entry Fee: ₹3500 per team, payable before the tournament.


Prizes:
? Winner: ₹4000
? Runner-up: ₹2500
? Awards for Most Runs, Most Wickets, and Player of the Match.


*5️⃣ Umpiring and Dispute Resolution*

? The umpire's decisions are final. Captains must ensure all players understand and adhere to the rules.

*6️⃣ Additional Rules and Regulations*

? If a bowler is missing, another team member can cover the missing bowler’s overs, ensuring no one exceeds their allotted overs.

*7. Player Auctions*

Auction Process: Before the commencement of the tournament, an auction will be held where team captains can bid for players. This ensures that all teams have equal opportunities to select players based on their strategy and budget.

Auction Details:

Each captain will be given a set budget for purchasing players.
Players will be presented one by one, and captains can place bids on them.
The highest bidder for each player will secure that player for their team.
All bids must be made within the specified time limits for each player.


Budget Management:

It is the responsibility of each captain to manage their budget wisely to form a balanced team.
Overspending on a single player may restrict a captain’s ability to bid on other players, potentially weakening team composition.


Transparency and Fairness:

The auction process will be conducted openly to ensure transparency.
Rules and procedures for the auction will be clearly explained before the start, including any minimum or maximum bid limits.


Auction Outcome:

Post-auction, each team must register their final squad list with the tournament organizers.
Captains must ensure that their team composition adheres to the rules regarding the number of players per team and any other regulations set forth by the organizers.


Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes regarding the bidding process, decisions made by the auctioneer or the tournament organizers will be final
