General Rules:

▪ Players must belong to the NAGAR community only.

▪ In case of any confusion or verification, please contact the organizers before the start of the tournament.

▪ Matches will be played on White Balls and Teams will have to carry their own COLORED jerseys along with 

black/dark blue tracks. Jerseys will not be provided by organizers.

▪ Misbehavior or indiscipline by any player or team should be avoided. In case of any dispute, Umpires and/or 

Organizers decision will be final.

▪ Squad should be added to CricHeroes as required by the organizers, after which the schedules will be made and 

updated

▪ Reporting time displayed in the match schedule is by which all playing 11 members of a team are expected to be 

on the ground. 

Tournament Format:

▪ Each Match will be of 12 overs. First 3 overs mandatory powerplay with maximum 2 fielders allowed outside the 

inner circle.

▪ The League stage will comprise of each team playing 2 league matches.

▪ Winning team will be awarded 2 points.

▪ At the end of the league stage, the top 2 teams, based on points and NRR, will move into Finals.

▪ In case of a TIE during League stage, the winner will be decided on the basis of wickets, sixes and fours as per 

below:

o The team which lost less wickets while batting will be considered winner.

o If both teams have same number of wickets, then the team scoring more 6s in their inning will be 

considered winner.

o If both teams have same number of wickets and sixes, then the team scoring more 4s in their inning will 

be considered winner.

o If both the teams have all 3 parameters same, then both teams will be awarded 1 point each. 

▪ In case of a Tie during Final match, there will be a super over. If there is a tie even in super over, then the same 

rules as above will be used to determine the winner.

▪ 2 bowlers can bowl a maximum of 3 overs in an inning. Minimum 5 bowlers to be used.

▪ Each inning should be completed within 50 mins, after which the umpires will take a call to implement penalty 

on the fielding side as per the ICC rules. For all the remaining overs beyond time limit, one player less will be 

allowed outside the inner circle.

▪ Metal Spikes NOT allowed

▪ 6 overs will be bowled from 1 side of the wicket. Changes of sides after 6 overs.
