Bylaw
Tournament Structure
The tournament will be conducted on a league cum semifinal and final basis
- The tournament shall consist of 12 teams divided into four pools, each containing three teams.
- Matches shall be played with each team facing the other two teams in their pool once during the group stage.
- The winners of each pool in the group stage shall proceed to the semi-finals.
- Matches will have 15 overs a side using white Ball (TEST)
-Every day their should be 3 matches. 1st match start on 7.30 Am. 2nd match is on 10.30 Am. 3rd match is on 1.30 Pm
Entry to the tournament
▪ Registration fees of Rs 5000 per team
▪An advance amount of 2500 rupees must be paid by April 2nd to confirm participation. The remaining amount should be paid in total on the day before your team’s first match..
▪Each player should register through excel form. Those players without proper details as mentioned in the Excel won't be allowed to play.
▪After submitting the final team list, the teams are not allowed to make any changes or add any new players to the team.
▪ Scoring will be done in Cric Heroes app.
Who can play the tournament
▪Any player except those who are within the following categories is allowed to play.
▪Played A DIVISION LEAGUE MATCH AFTER NOVEMBER 2020.
▪PLAYERS WHO DON'T HAVE A PERMANENT AADHAR ADDRESS IN KERALA.
▪NO OTHER RULES ARE THERE.
▪If teams are found to be playing ineligible player the match points will be awarded to opposite team and match will be forfeited.
▪ No player will be allowed to play in more than one team.
How to play the tournament
▪ Teams should report 30 minutes before the match. Photo of your team sholud be uploaded other wise ever 4 minutes one over will be reduced
▪ Toss will be done 15 min before the match
▪All players should wear coloured upper and lower jerseys and coloured pads are preferred
Match Regulations
- Matches will be played according to the rules and regulations of the International Cricket Council (ICC) with necessary modifications for the 15-over format.
- Umpires' decisions shall be considered final and binding.
Code of Conduct
- All participating teams and players are expected to adhere to the principles of fair play and sportsmanship.
- Any instances of misconduct or breach of the rules may result in disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the organizing committee.
Time limits for the tournament
▪ 60 min for each innings
▪ 10 min break between innings
▪Any delay in start will result in over reduction and duration of power plays will be decided by the Umpires and match officials.
▪ In the event of unfavorable weather/light conditions over reduced games can happen in consensus with match officials. Minimum overs to get a result is 4 overs (match should be completed in 24 min).
▪ In the event of low over rate an additional fielder will be brought inside the circle as instructed by umpires. If the bowling team fails to ball within the time again, then over from their next innings batting will be reduced accordingly.
Organizing Committee
- An organizing committee shall be formed to oversee the planning, execution, and administration of the tournament.
- The committee shall be responsible for resolving disputes, scheduling matches, and ensuring the smooth conduct of the event.
Amendments
- Any amendments or modifications to these bylaws shall require the approval of the organizing committee and shall be communicated to all participating teams in a timely manner.
Disclaimer
- The organizing committee and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the course of the tournament.
Conclusion
- These bylaws are established to promote fair competition, camaraderie, and enjoyment among all participants and stakeholders involved in the cricket tournament.
