Each team member will need to contribute Rs 250 per head, making the total team contribution Rs 2250. Therefore, the total contribution from 3 teams will be Rs 6750. 

Out of this, Rs 3500 will be used for the turf and Rs 400 for tennis balls . 

The remaining Rs 2250 will be given to the winning team as a Price Money while the balance of Rs 600 will be used to provide small rewards, such as a trophy or memento, to each MVP of the 4 matches. This way, the winning teams will get all their money back.
