rules for the tournament:

1. Each team will play 2 matches.
2. Each match will be played with a maximum of 18 overs.
3. When the ball is in play, there should not be more than five fielders on the leg side.
4. For the first 5 overs, only two fielders are permitted to be outside the circle.
5. Bowling teams must complete their 18 overs within 70 minutes.
6. If the bowling team takes more than 70 minutes, one over will be deducted from their batting innings for every 4 minutes of delay. If the second inning's bowling team is delayed, one fielder should come inside the circle.
7. The break between innings is limited to 10 minutes only.
8. A bowler can deliver a maximum of two overs only. If there's an injury or another issue, a maximum of three overs can be bowled by one bowler.
9. Players who bat in the first 6 positions in the batting order in the first match should not bat in the first 6 positions in the next match.
10. All other cricketing rules will be applicable.
11. Winners will be declared based on their position in the points table.
