Rules and Regulations of the Acara Premier League Tournament:
- 12 Overs matches (Finals - overs may be reduce or will be increase depends upon the Lighting).
- Chucking strictly not allowed (If bowler got 2nd warning, he will be restricted to bowl in that innings).
- Whites Collar T-shirt (Jersey), Tracks (any colours) and Shoes will be must (Shorts or trousers not allowed).
- Powerplay will be 3 overs (Only 2 fielders can field outside the circle and after powerplay only 5 fielders can field outside the circle).
- Common umpires will arrange from outside and Umpire Decision is final for everything.
- Argument and violence strictly not allowed (Only captains and Vice-captain has to speak behalf of team).
- Wide, keeper Byes, Overthrow, Leg No Ball, Height No Ball are extras and are considered as runs & re-ball.
- Every Innings we will provide a new fired ball (If ball missed means we will give used ball if available).
- All 3 Teams must be report in the ground at 8.00am without fail and captains will be responsible to report their team.
- Match Ballet will be taken before 8.30am, So all of them must assemble in ground by 8.00am.
- Only three bowlers can bowl 3overs and others should maximum 2overs.
- Bye Runner is allowed, if player need but after 6 balls at the crease of batsman (Last over not allowed for the new byes).
- Captains should be responsible for the playing XI, if any short of players in field must inform umpires at least before starting the match.
- Every over bowler must inform arm guard before starts or change over with umpire.
- If keeper change, the new keeper must inform the umpire without fail or else it will be a No Ball, but extras can’t be claim only scoring runs and re-ball.
- Bowlers can bowl one bouncer per over if it goes wide – will be consider wide as well as 1st bounce (2nd Bouncer will be a No Ball).
- Every No ball has a free hit (Except Field Restrictions No Ball).
- Mankad strictly not allowed at the same time non striker will not move from the crease before the bowler ball release.
- New batsman must face the ball for every wicket (Except runout).
- Retried hurt batsman can come back after wicket at any time of the innings and retried out batsman must play in last wicket only.
