1. This tournament would be played with Green Vicky Tennis ball.
2. Each innings would start with a new ball.
3. LBW is not applicable for this tournament.
4. On-field umpire’s Decision would be the final one.
5. A penalty of `1000 will be imposed for any actions against the umpire.
6. All the matches will follow a 15 over format.
7. Match Fee should be cleared ahead of Toss.
8. Team should report 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match start time. Toss would be held
20 minutes before the start of the scheduled time.
9. In case of delay in start of the match due to late arrival of teams
 Up to 5 minutes late – One over deduction.
 6 -10 minutes late – Two overs deduction.
 11-15 minutes late – Three overs deduction
 16 – 20 minutes late – Four overs deduction.
10. Delay beyond 20 minutes, match will be awarded to the opposition team.
11. Minimum of 7 players are required from a team to start the match. Failure to do so would yield a
walkover to the opposition team. Remaining players must arrive within 5 overs. In case of a failure
only the fielded 7 would be allowed to bat.
12. Each team can be assigned up to 15 players. Only 3 nationally recognised players are permitted
to participate in this tournament as part of each team .
13. For every win, a team would get 2 points.
14. Walkover -2 points to the team reporting for play and this match will not be taken for calculation
 of NRR.
15. If a tie happens, SUPER OVER would be held.
16. If a match is interrupted by weather or other factors, the DLS method will be used to adjust targets in limited overs.
17. There will be a mandatory power play for the first 4 overs of an inning , i.e. only 2 players can be
Outside the 30 yard circle.
18. Every team should use dustbin provided by the tournament committee.
19. Tournament will be played single wicket i.e. the batsman will play at one end and after the completion of over, umpires and batsman will change end.
20. In matters of doubt not covered by the tournament rules, the decision of the tournament committee will be final and binding upon all concerned as per the standard rules.
