Each team will consist of 9 players, with 8 players on the field at any given time, allowing for rotation, while the 9th player will be designated as a batsman.
Any ball that crosses or remains on the rooftop will result in the batsman being called out.
If a ball enters a house, it will be considered half out.
Bouncers are prohibited and will result in a No ball call.
Each bowler is allowed to bowl only one over.
Runs scored on the last ball of the over will be multiplied by 2x.
The third over of each inning will be designated as a power play.
The schedule of matches is final, with changes permitted only by the committee.
Umpires' decisions are final, and players are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards them.
There will be total 5 overs in one inning.
Teams must arrive on time to avoid fines and potential disqualification.
Failure to participate in any match during the tournament will result in non-invitation to future tournaments.
Only team captains are authorized to communicate with the umpires.
A walkover will be awarded if a team is 15 minutes late.
The committee reserves the right to make amendments as necessary.
During the powerplay, only one fielder can be on the boundary.
Players must adhere to proper attire, including T-shirts, trousers, and joggers; slippers and shorts are not permitted.
In the case of a tie in any round matches, both teams will receive 1 point; however, no super over will be played. In semi-final and final matches, if a tie occurs, a super over will be played to determine the winner.
If a bowler is unable to complete an over, a new bowler will continue with the remaining balls, and 6 runs will be awarded to the opposing team.
A minimum of 5 players must be present from each team to start the match.
The decision-making committee consists of 2 umpires, the Group Scouts leader, and the Co-convenor YSB.
