Team Composition:
● Each team comprises 6 players.
Overs:
● Each match consists of 6 overs per side.
Scoring:
● If the ball hits directly the wall, then no runs shall be given.
● Runs awarded based on the region where it hits the wall within the playing area.
● Batter not allowed to step out of the crease.
No overthrows, byes, or leg byes.
● If the batsman is out of the crease while playing the ball, no runs shall be awarded (Ball considered legal).
● Runs can also be taken by running between the wickets if the ball is within the playing Area after strike.
Dismissals:
● Standard ways of dismissal as per ICC rules except stumping.
● Direct hit to the wall of cage where 4 runs are awarded will be considered out.
Bowling:
● Minimum of 4 bowlers to be used.
● Two bowlers can bowl a maximum of 2 overs each.
● Bowler's legs within the designated box while bowling.
● Backbone and legs should be erect and vertical while delivering the ball. No movement of any body parts except
shoulder & hands.
● Can bowl underarm or overarm and can flex his arms. No sidearm
● Non-compliance leads to no-ball and a free hit or dead ball if the ball doesn't pitch within the mat after bowling.
● All other standard ICC rules apply.
● Super over for matches ending in a draw.
FLX CRICKET TB SOFT balls will be used for the matches.
