 The tournament will be conducted from 18th to 23rd
 March 2024.
 Entry to this tournament is only by invitation.
 Latest ICC T20 rules will be followed.
 The tournament will be played on league cum knockout basis for the Men team and knock out basis for
women team.
 League stage matches will have results. In the event of Tie, Super over will decide the winner.
 Casuals are not allowed. Only regular students are allowed to participate.
 Team-Bonafide Certificate, College-ID card and Photo copy of 12th mark sheet is compulsory.
 Tournament Committee reserves the rights for including and refusing an entry and decision of the
Tournament Committee shall be final on all matters.
 Umpire decision will be final. No protests shall be entertained.
 Request for postponement of match schedule will not be entertained.
 The organizers are authorized to change the timings, venue and dates of the matches in case of inevitable
circumstances and their decisions will be final.
 All the matches to be played in colored kit and white cricket ball and balls will be provided by the
organizers.
 It is imperative that each team brings its own colored kit
 The DPE’s/Captains have to give an undertaking for the good conduct and behavior of the players in the
hostel, ground and towards the Umpires. If any report from the ground authorities or the umpires about
misconduct/ misbehavior of the player/college is received, the player/college will be removed from the
tournament and will not be allowed to take part further in the tournament. No appeal will be considering
in this regard.
 Outstation teams will be provided with free Transport, Food and accommodation.
For Accommodation
 Players Bonafide certificate and Identity card must be submitted well in advance to the Accommodation
Desk.
 Accommodation will be provided for 16 players and 2 officials only for a team.
 If a team fails to qualify for the next round, the team have to vacate their rooms within 12 hours from the
finish of losing game.
 The organizers of the tournament will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
