Rules-
     1.Each captain have to buy 9players
     2. Player trading will be done by the approval of 2captains before the start of tournament.
     3. Each captain has to submit Rs 360 before the commencement of the league(they can later collect it from their team).
     4. No team can exchange their players during the tournament...(if the players are unavailable the team has to play with the present no of players ).
     5.Rules can be changed or modified by the organizer with discussion with captains also.
