RULES AND REGULATION
1. Matches will be played in soft tennis ball (Vicky)
2. Total playing should be 9 and out of this 5 players should be permanent employees and the other 4 should be temporary staffs working for a minimum of 2 years under the same institution
3. Teams needs to submit the registration form duly attested by the head of the institution or concerned on or before 08.03.2024 via official email and submit the original during the verification. 4. All the players should carry their original id card issued by the institution ( No Xerox copy will be accepted) for verification.
5. Tournament will be played in knockout basis
6. Teams must report the venue 30 minutes before the commencement of match.
7. If any team failed to reach the venue on time, opposite team will be declared as winners and no refund will be given.
8. Players must be from the same institution
9. Total overs will be 6 and two bowlers can bowl a maximum of 2 overs. A minimum of 4 bowlers should be used.
10. Teams should bring the bat and other accessories of their own
11. All the cricketing rules except LBW, Review and Third umpire will be followed
12. Chucking is not allowed , if umpire calls chucking in the first case it will be called no ball and warning and if it follows the bowler will not be allowed to bowl in the match
13. If any player misbehave to the umpire , the player will not be allowed to continue the match and if repeats he will not be allowed to play rest of the matches
14. If any teams found guilty of not following the rules the team will be disqualified and no match fee will be refunded
15. The organising committee have the power to modify or addition of rules at any point of time
16. Umpire’s decision will be final
