*JPL 21 RULES AND REGULATIONS* 

1) Umpire  decision  is  last decision  

2) If any player misbehave, abuse or hits the stump then directly  10 runs will be penalised 

3) If any team got back out not happy with the decision of Umpire  then opponent  team will be  give as win and no entry will be refund 

4) Every teams  has 11 players if any player is not there for any reason team has played with short players

5) No ball rule  ball if attempt above the waist is no ball and 2 bounce ball after the krish it will be considered no ball 

6) Sidearm and pace directly no ball

7) If any issue will be face during the match committed  can take decision with majority of committee members

8) The topper of the JPL 21 points table will directly qualify for the final

9) The eliminator match will be played between the 2nd and 3rd placed teams.

10) two power overs one for batting and one for bowling 

Note: batting powerplay taking first or second over is compulsory

 ( keep two fielders on the boundaries )

Note: bowling powerplay anytime between the third and fifth overs

( each match have different power bowlers )

11) Top 3 batsmen in each match fresh

12) Every bowler should be  bowled under box line drawn

13) if this rule break then 10 run penalised

14) in case the match is tied superover decide the winner
