RULES & REGULATIONS

GENERAL RULES

1. NO ARGUMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE TURF WITH REGARDS TO THE RULES.
 2. One (1) bowler will be allowed a maximum of one (1) over only per inning.
3. If there is a tie in the finals, there will be a super over to decide the winner.
4. The Batsmen can be declared OUT only if he Bowled, Stumped, Caught or Run Out. No LBW. 5. Incase any player of the team is not present then The team can borrow a player from another team only for FIELDING.

BOWLING

1. Bowling will be Under Arm only without any Run Up behind the Stump. Side arm Bowling will be called a no-ball.
2. Any ball above waist line height will be called a no-ball (if a batsman steps out of crease, then if the ball is bowled above the head of the batsman will be called a noball). The umpires decision will be final.
3. Where the ball bounces before OR on the centre line of the pitch, it will be called a no-ball. The batting team can also score of the no-ball. 4. If the ball bounces more than once ahead of the center line of pitch, it will still be a legal delivery.
5. Any ball that goes down the leg side will be called a Wide ball.
6. Any ball which goes over or beyond the Off side – wide line will be called a Wide ball.
7. In the bowling crease, where the bowler front foot lands and touches the bowling crease both in front and the side crease, it will be called a No-Ball.
8. There will be byes, leg byes and over-throws. 9. If the bowler’s arm hits the stumps while bowling, and if the ball is delivered, it will be called a no-ball.

BATTING

1. The batsman will be out when the ball hits the ceiling net and fielder catches it.
2. Six is allowed through the innings. The ball should hit directly on the front net or the goal post. If ball hits the ceiling net and then hits directly the front net or the goal post it will be a six.
3. On a no-ball, the only dismissal allowed is Run-out. Batsman can’t be stumped on a no-ball.
4. There will be no last man batting.
5. If a batsman is runout on a no-ball the ball is not counted.
6. A Batsman can be stumped on a wide ball but the ball will not be counted.
7. If any Batsman is called back by the team then he will be declared OUT, Calling back is allowed once all other batters are out, except the non-striker.

FIELDING

1. Only two (2) players will be allowed to field on the boundary area.
2. A maximum of four (4) fielders will be allowed (including 2 on the boundary area and 2 ahead of the bowling wickets) i.e. 2 fielders plus the keeper will be in front of the Bowlers Stumps. While fielding on the boundary, the player can’t be standing inside the goal post or in the line of the goal post, if found so, it will be called a noball.
3. Runs can be scored of over-throws. An over-throw that hits the front boundary net will be a 4.
4. No run will awarded if ball hits directly onto the side nets both on & off, however batsmen can run physically and score runs.
