Tournament Details:
1. Application forms will be circulated on 23rd February 2024. Filed-in application forms should
be submitted on or before 25th February 2024 9 PM.
2. Participation teams should be only from Telangana region. Players in the participation teams
should be only from Telangana region.
3. Each team must pay a refundable security deposit of INR 10000 along with the application
forms. During the tournament if any team does not adhere to the rules and creates any sort of
disturbance in any form on the ground or in any social media platform, the amount will not be
refunded back.
4. SCT Season 4 will be played with a total of 8 teams divided into two groups. Group A & Group B
5. Each team should share a list of 15 players and 1 manager along with their Cricheros contact
number and Aadhar Number.
6. If the number of applications received is more than 8, Teams will be considered into top 8
based on their performances from SCT-3, SSKCL-4 and KPL-2.
7. Qualifiers will be conducted on any Weekday for the rest of the teams to qualify to book a spot
in top 8. Dates for qualifiers will be announced based on numbers of team’s registers SCT
Season 4
8. Matches to be conducted in T20 format (White Ball) with Umpires and all International rules
including LBW and impact player rule. Impact player rules will be informed to all the team
captains before Qualifier matches.
9. Dress Code: Color Jersey and Black Tracks (new team jerseys with SCT logo including Black
Tracks should be managed by the participating teams which is mandatory)
10. SCT Season 4 Format
• Stage 0: Qualifiers
• Stage 1: Leagues
• Stage 2: Semifinal’s
• Stage 3: Third spot and Finals
11. In Both the groups, during League stage, each team will play minimum one match against three
other teams on dates 28th March 2024 and 29th
.March 2024. Top two teams from each group
will qualify for Semi- final spot.
12. Umpires’ decision will be considered as final decision. No arguments with Umpires will be
encouraged.
13. Matches should be completed in stipulated time duration with is 90 mins per side for 20 overs.
Penalties will be levied by Umpires for the team causing delays because of slow over rate.
14. During toss it is mandatory for teams to be present on the ground with playing 11
rectified by umpire in Cricheros, failing which the match will be awarded to the team who have
playing 11 present in ground at the time of toss.
