Tournament will be played with a soft tennis ball, with under-arm bowling.
Each side will play 7 overs, with a maximum of 1 bowler allowed to bowl 2 overs per inning.
No Ball and Wide will not be counted as official balls, and 1 run will be scored by the opponent team.
Byes/Leg byes are allowed. A Free hit will be given on each no ball.
Overthrow runs will be counted
Batter can only score boundaries in the straight zone (front fence), earning 4 or 6 runs. In side zones, Batter must score runs by running between the wickets.
Ifthe ball hits the top net and then the side zone, Batter must score runs by running between the wickets.
If the ball hits the top net and reaches the boundary directly on the front fence, it will be considered 6 runs.
If a fielder catches the ball directly after it hits the top net, it will be considered a wicket.
In case of a tie, a Super Over will be played. If the Super Over also ties, team having maximum boundaries will win.
After 3 overs, women will come into play for 2 overs.
Only 5 players from the fielding team will be allowed on the field, including one girl.
Girls will only play against each other.
If one girl gets out while batting, she can still be on the pitch as a runner on the other side but won't be allowed to bat.
If both girls get out before the completion of two overs, the remaining overs/balls played by the girls will be deducted from the total over of the match.
Each side must finish bowling 7 overs within a defined time (15 to 18 minutes).
Only 5 fielders will be allowed behind the bowling stumps, with a maximum of three players on the boundary line.
Pace bowling and sidearm bowling are not allowed. Objections can only be taken by Batter.
Fiber bats are not allowed
Dismissals include Bowled, Run out, Stumping, Caught, Hit wicket, and catch taken after the ball hits the top net. Non-dismissals include LBW.
Umpire decision will be final.
