Rules:-
• Time limit: Each inning must be completed within 45 minutes
• Penalty for delays: Umpires can impose a penalty of 15 runs per over for remaining overs for teams unable to complete within the specified time
• Umpire's decision: Final on-ground decisions by umpires are binding
• Bowling restrictions: Each team must use a minimum of 5 bowlers, with no bowler allowed to bowl more than 2 overs in a match
• Scorer presence: One player from each team must sit beside the scorer to highlight any discrepancies during the match. Once the match is completed and the result declared, no changes will be made to the decision.
• Reporting time: All teams must report to the ground at least 1 hour before their match start time
• Fielding requirements: A minimum of 4 players must be inside the fielding circle while bowling
• Tiebreaker rules: In case of a tie, the match result will be determined by a super over. If the super over also ends in a tie, the decision will be based on the number of boundaries scored in the inning (excluding those hit during the super over)
• Each no ball will have a Free Hit
• In the event of any disagreement or dispute during matches or related activities, the matter will be referred to an independent jury comprised of head of WNS Sports committee (Adil Nargolwala), WNS Team captain (Kiran Desai) and a Chief Internal Buss. Officer (Gopal Agrawal). The decision taken by the jury will be final and binding on all parties.
• All other Mumbai cricket rules will be applicable during the tournament
