Each team must remain present on the ground 15 minutes before the time of commencement of the match.
Each match will be played for 14 overs. The same may be reduced due to unforeseen circumstances. However minimum number of overs cannot be less than 10. In other words to have match on hand, minimum 10 overs are mandatory.
Each team will have to select playing 11 out of their team. In case any team does not have adequate number of players, the decision shall be reserved with Members of Winter Sports Committee.
During the match there will be one Super Sub Player (to be declared along with playing XI) for each team. The Super Sub Player will be allowed only to bat and not bowl or field. At every inning new ball will be taken.
Each bowler can bowl maximum 4 overs in a 14 overs match and shall be reduced proportionately in case overs are reduced.
There would be two power over in each inning, which will be over number 4 & 11. In power over, the runs scored with bat would be considered double of the runs scored. (Bye, leg bye, no ball, wide runs will not be considered for doubling the runs). Over numbers may be changed in a reduced over game, for which, the decision shall be reserved with Members of Winter Sports Committee.
During entire match i.e. from 1st over to 14 over, there would be minimum 4 players inside the 30-yard circle. This is mandatory for all. First 4 overs of every innings shall be power play. In power play overs only 2 fielders shall be allowed outside the 30 yards circle.
New batsman has to take stance in 120 seconds, otherwise it will be considered time out and new batsman will follow.
Bouncer ball above shoulder height is not allowed in any match and it will be considered as no ball,.
There will be free hit after every no ball.
In case of tie, winner shall be declared on the basis of Super Over, Neutral umpires will be appointed for each match.
All the general cricket rules like wide ball, no ball, leg bye runs, over throw runs etc. bowled out, catch out, etc. will be applicable. LBW rule is not applicable during the entire tournament. For on field disputes, the decision taken by filed umpires will be final. Man of The Match shall be declared after every match.
Man of The Series, Best Bowler and Best Batsman shall be declared for the entire tournament.
The players are requested to maintain the discipline and sports spirit during games. The Umpires / Members of Winter Sports Committee reserve the sole right to stop any player/team from playing the game on disciplinary grounds without assigning any reason whatsoever.
