GTT BOX CRICKET RULES:

•All team members should be available at the venue 30mins prior to their match time inorder to carry out the event in smooth manner (As matches may end sooner as well)

•The match will be played with 7 Overs per side

•Each bowler can bowl a maximum of 2 overs

•Only round arm action bowling allowed (Chucking / Throw during bowling will NOT be allowed)

•One bouncer per over will be allowed

•If the ball hits the front straight boundary wall directly then it is considered as "6" runs

•If the ball hits the side wall / ground and then goes on to hit the front staight boundary wall then it is considered as "4" runs

•If the ball goes above / outside the boundary wall directly (Straight, Back, Sides) then there will be NO RUN awarded to the team

•If the ball hits the side walls and goes out the playing area then only 1 run will be provided to the batting team

•Field restriction apply at all times --> Max. of two fielders allowed between the bowler and the straight boundary

•No Leg Byes, No LBW

•WIDE ball will not be considered as a legal delivery and batting side will be awarded "1" run

•NO ball will not be considered as a legal delivery with batting side being awarded "1" run and followed by a "Free-hit".

•Byes are allowed

•Overthrows are considered

•Umpire decision is final

•Only proper cricket gear allowed (Sports shoes are mandatory and Shorts are NOT allowed)

•Impact player rules applies: Team can swap any one player on the field with the reserve player any time after the toss (Once in the whole match)

•Captain have to provide the team list of 7 players and the additional impact player during the toss (Please ensure to carry the Team sheet with you)

•Super over will be played if the match ends up in a tie

•It will be a knockout tournament

•All players of the team are supposed to carry their ID Cards on the match day without fail
