Participations

• Any Violation from any Team of including Players from other team will amount to dis- qualifying that Team from the Tournament without any Entry-fee reimbursement.

• Teams are required to provide a list of maximum 15 Players.

• Teams are required to play with their own team jersey with track pant & shoes (No shorts & Chappals are allowed). In case jersey is not available, only plain white t-shirt is allowed.

Participation Fee & Registration

• Each Team will Pay INR 5499/- as Participation fee.

• Participation is invitation based only.

  • Organising Committee will invite the team.
  • Once the team confirms their participation, organising committee will share the registration form that includes all the required details.
  • Participation of the respective team will be confirmed by the organising committee after reviewing the registration details provided and payment only.

** Note: Participation fee is not refundable.

Benefits, Prizes & Awards

• Refreshments per match will be provided to each team.

• Winning Team: Cash Prize INR 12,000/-.

• Runner’s Team: Cash Prize INR 6,000/-.

• Individual Prizes:

Tournament Format

• There will be 12 teams participating in the Tournament divided in 4 groups with 3 Teams of each group playing each other in league format.

• The Top team from each group will proceed for Semi-Final based on Points/Run-Rate.

• Group league Matches will be of 10 Overs (3 overs power play), Semi Final will be of 12 overs (4 overs power play) & Final will be of 16 Overs (5 overs power play)

• All Teams are expected to respect the Tournament rules and adhere to the Tournament set-up.

• Impact Player:

  • After the toss, each team is allowed to name upto 2 substitution players in addition to their playing XI.

  • At anytime duringt he game, one of them-referred to as the ImpactPlayer- can replace a member of the playing XI.

  • ImpactPlayer can be brought in before the start of an innings; at the end of an over; and at the fall of a wicket or when a batter retires. However, if the bowling side brings in an Impact Player during an over - at the fall of a wicket or if a batter retires - then that particular player will not be allowed to bowl the remaining balls of the over.

  • The replaced player will take no further part in the match. Not even as a substitute fielder.

Rules & Regulations

1. Bowlers quota

• League(s): Maximum of 2 overs/bowler. 
• Semi Final(s): 2 bowlers allowed a max of 3 overs.
• Final: 1 bowler a max of 4overs.

1. There will be Powerplay of 3 overs for a 10 overs match, 4 overs for 12 overs match & 5 overs for a 16 overs match.

2. During Power Plays maximum 2 fielders are allowed to field outside the Inner circle & at any time minimum 4 fielders should be inside the Inner circle.

3. Maximum of 5 fielders are allowed to field on either side of the wicket excluding Keeper and Bowler.

4. All No-balls will be free hit. Front foot, full toss above hip height & bouncer above shoulder, illegal bowling action & violating fielding restrictions will be a No-Ball.

5. Wide ball, no ball, Free hit, Byes, Overthrows are applicable however there will be no LBW & Leg Byes.

6. Runner for a batsman is not allowed.

7. Umpire’s Decision will be Final.

8. In case of any dispute or conflict, only captains will be allowed to speak with the umpires who in-turn can consult Organizing Committee if required.

9. Wicket keeper can bowl directly after an over end.

10. Online Scoring will be done in CricHeroes app.

11. Please note that once a player has been named as part of one team, he will NOT be allowed to play for another team in this tournament.

12. All players from both teams should be present 30 minutes before scheduled start time. Toss should be done 5 minutes before scheduled start time.

13. If opponent team is delayed for 10 minutes from the scheduled start time, 1 over will be deducted from the delayed team and 1 over deduction every 5 minutes after that. If a team is late more than 30 minutes the opposite will be declared as Winners.

14. At least 7 Players of the Team must be present for the game to start.

15. The list of playing XI must be finalized before the toss by both team captains.

16. Green Vickey Cricket Tennis balls will be used for all the matches.

17. One New ball will be provided for each Innings of the match & will be changed only if it is damaged beyond playing condition which will be decided mutually among Captains & Umpires.

18. Each Winning Team will be awarded 2 Points for win and in case of Tie 1 Point awarded to Each Team during league matches.

19. In case of Tie during Semi-Finals, there will be One Super over until the clear result.

20. A substitute player (exception: Impact Player) will not be allowed to Bat/Bowl.

21. Request all players to play fair under all circumstances.

22. Captains are responsible to avoid any misbehaviour on the field such as abuse a player, umpire or indulge any activities that may cause unnecessary problems.
