Throw bowling not allowed. Wide, Bye, leg-bye, Over throw runs will be counted. LBW not applicable. Captain/Vice captain of non-playing teams will do umpiring.
League matches will be 10 overs. 2 bowlers can bowl maximum of 3 overs
1st Power play will be of 2 overs at start of innnings. 2nd Power play will be of 2 overs. To be decided by batting team. if no decision, then last 2 overs will be considered as PP overs
Eliminators, Qualifiers & Final matches will be 12 overs. Each bowler can bowl maximum of 3 overs.

For Free hit incase of No-ball (1 run for no-ball will be counted)
For Free hit: If ball goes outside the court directly OR run-out, player will be considerd out. For Free hit: If batsman is bowled, stumped or get caught: He will be considered not out
If batsman hits ball outside on a No-Ball, he will not be considerd OUT. Only if it is free hit and ball goes outside, then he will be considered OUT
Umpire decision will be final. Incase of doubt between both umpires, ball to be redone. Only Captain to talk to Umpires. New balls will be used at start of new innings.
Super over incase of Tie for all matches. 2nd super over, incase of 1st super over is tied. Incase of 2nd super over is also tied, then bowl out. No field restrictions
Each captain must ensure player availability. Incase, player is not available then team will play with short players. Player short due to urgency: Substitute fielder can be taken from squad of opponent's team or any of player participating in the tournament. Team with short player will have to play with short batsman/bowler. Substitute can only do fielding/wicket keeping. No bowling or Batting allowed by substitute player
Umpires to start the match on time. 1st slot umpires to carry the kit, tape, balls etc. Every Captain must report at ground: 15 mins in advance. No substitute will be given for player arriving late. Matches will start on time
Max 2 players can be outside second pole for non power play overs (including super over case)
Dead Ball:
If bowler hit non striker end wicket by mistake with hand/leg, while bowling then it will be a dead ball
If there a dead ball (2 drops/tappa before striker end crease) and ball is outside the wide ball mark, then one run will be count for wide ball. There is no run on dead ball except this.
Last man can bat along but there should be non striker also, who will do only running.
Last contact of ball to be considered for max runs. Example: If ball hits for 2 runs and then it goes for 4 runs, 4 runs will be considered. If balls hits 4 first, then it goes for 2 runs, then maximum runs, meaning 4 will be considered
Impact Player rule : This is introduced to overcome, player short issue for any team. We have player availability and few players are not avialable on few days.
Captains to decide on impact player name after the toss. Normally 7th player is impact player. Fielding will be done by 6 players only.
Once impact player is introduced on ground during the match, he replaces a player for remaining duration of match, wrt batting/bowling. Fielding can be done by any 6 players throughout the match
If team has only 6 players (short player), then no impact player
Rule of No Ball in case of full toss above waist height. Same rule for all type of bowlers: Spin bowler, Fast bowler
Runs will be allowed (Leg bye), if batsman does not offer any shot Or there is evasive action by batsman. Wide, Byes, No balls will be counted in this case
No Ball Rule : For side crease, no ball incase the leg touches the line. For popping crease, leg over the line, will be no ball
Slot Swap : 4 Captains need to agree. Organizer will not need be involved. Incase of the 2 captains want to use any free slot (like 4th slot), its ok
Schedule once finalized will not be changed due to player unavailability. (Schedule to be finalized, before start of tournament)
Camera for recording during non-league matches to be used for : Waist height no ball, 1st/2nd bouncer, run out, stumping). knockout matches (Eliminator, Qualifier, Final). Time bound decision say within 5 mins by Umpires
Runner : If opponent captain is OK, then only runner will be allowed
Retired Out is Not applicable. Retired hurt (case to case basis, if injury happens during the match)
Player withdrawal/change after Auction : No player/team will be added after the auction.
If any player withdraws after the auction, then what should we do ? Either replacement....if backup is available Else no backup. If player withdraws before start of tournament, we can explore for replacement from backup players. Will try to match the skills of players being replaced. All Captains have to agree for replacement
Decision taking time by Umpires : Max 3 mins in normal circumstances
(incase of dispute/DRS). 1 DRS per inning/per team only for eliminator, qualifier, final. Review retain applicable based on DRS success/failure
Only 3 bowlers are available with team during match : (To be confirmed at time of Toss)
League Match : 1 bowlers can bowl 4 over, 3 overs each by remaining 2 bowlers. During non-leage matches : 4 overs per bowler
Penalty of 2 overs in both cases during batting, means this team will do batting for 8 overs (league matches) or 10 overs (during non-league matches)
After league round, top-4 teams will qualify to next round of Qualifiers and Eliminators
Team ranked-1 and 2 will play Qualifier match. Winner Goes to Final directly
Team ranked-3 and 4 will play Eliminator match.
Winner of Eliminator match will play wil loser of Qualifer match. Winner of this match goes to Final
