Please go through the below Rules for the Tournament

1. Each Team should have 6 players from Assam in the playing eleven. 

2. Umpires Decision will be last and final.

3. 1st Over will be compulsory Bowling Power play, only 2 players are allowed to field outside the Inner Circle.

4. 1 Over of Batting Power play can be taken between 3rd and 6th over. On the Batting power play only 3 players are allowed to field outside the Inner Circle

5. Matches will be 8 Overs a Side, Maximum Overs by a Bowler will be 2 Overs.

6. Teams have to report 1 Hour prior to their scheduled Match Time. If after max 15 minutes of scheduled Time, any Team is not ready with the Players, walkover will be given. Strictly, any sort of excuses (ex: traffic) will not be accepted for Late Arrival. Please check the Distance of the Ground and plan accordingly.

7. Each Team is expected to complete their allocated Overs in 35 Minutes, if this is not completed within the stipulated time and umpires/organizers can take strict actions against it. Captains will be responsible for the timely start as well as Completion of the Game.

8. Wide Ball and No Ball will be considered with 1 Run and Extra Ball of Penalty.

9. Free Hit will be applicable on No Balls.

10. No LBW and Leg Byes

11. Throw Byes and Bye Runs will be there.

12. A maximum of 4 Runs can be scored by running between the wickets.

13. In case of ‘Tie’ results will be decided through ‘Super Over’ system.

14. In case of Rain, results will be decided through Net Run Rate.

15. Each player of team should carry ID proof without any fail and organizer will cross verify to make sure there are 6 player from Assam in the playing eleven. 

16. Each Team are expected to make 100% payment of the Joining fee before the match starts, organizer will have power to disqualify any team for not paying complete amount and in this case no refund will be provided on the advance payment made by the Team. 

17. Additional Rules if any, will be declared during the Toss.
