Rules

 Umpire Decision shall be considered as Final Decision and there shall be no argument on the decision.  

 Each inning will consist of 4 over (4 overs/ 4 bowlers).

 First over will be power play only 1 player at the boundary.

 Overthrown runs shall be considered.

 Each team will have 11 players out of which 9 will be playing 1st match. In second match it will be compulsory to play 2 players which didn’t played 1st match while removing any 2 player who have played in 1st match and that will be captain call whom u have replaced.

 Keeper should not cross the stumps to collect the ball for stumping otherwise the ball shall be considered as a No Ball except ball hit the batsman.

 Each team will play Three league matches. if final points of Three teams are same, then NRR will be consider and top two team will qualify for the Playoff match.

 There shall be no Declared Zone for runs. 

 2 points per match shall be awarded to winning team.

 If Match is tied, super over will decided the result of the match. Super over shall continue till the final winner is decided.

 No extra players inside the ground except umpires and each team side scorers

 Ground authorities will not be responsible for any loss, damages, injuries at the venue.

 Smoking, Gutka and Pan Chewing, Drinking Alcohol inside and around the venue isn’t allowed.

 Ground to be maintain clean in every match and please do not through any garbage around.

 No players shall be shuffles between teams and all players shall be from M3OCL or its associated contractors.

 All Players should carry ID card. 

 It shall be the captain’s responsibility to clear the ground after the match within 5 minutes.

 Captains shall be available all the time at the ground during the matches. 

 Bats to be bring by individual teams.

 Time will calculate for each innings if more than 10 minutes delay then overs/scores may reduce as committee instructions

 During bowling bowler should through the ball below the waist otherwise no ball.

Declared 

 If keeper miss to collect ball at the time of bowling or overthrow and the ball hits the net behind the stumps, then it will be declared as 1 run.
