Rule & Regulations

1. Only those players who have filled the Sports Health Declaration Form can play this tournament.

2. A player who has played in one team is not allowed to play in another team any kind of deviation of this rules will result in immediate disqualification of team.

3. Each innings would start with a new ball. In case: a. Ball is being lost or broken before two overs of an innings, and then new ball would be issued. b. If lost after two overs of an innings, old ball [used] would be issued 3. League matches, Knockout matches & Quarter Final matches would be of 8 overs & Semi Final and Final will be of 10 overs a side.

4. On field umpire's decision would be the final one.

5. Any prolonged argument by a team or player, would yield a walkover to the opposition team based on the decision by Umpires and Sport Committee Members.

6. In league stages if two teams are tied with same points, NRR would be taken into account and the team which has a better NRR would move to the knockout stage.

7. Any requests for change of match timings or interchange will not entertained.

8. LBW is Not applicable.

9. All the other ICC cricket rules are applicable as it is (Free Hit against No Ball/ Runs considered for No ball, Wide ball, Byes, Leg byes & Overthrow, New batsman will taken the strike).

10. First two overs will be power play in 8 overs in each innings and First three overs will be power play in 10 overs in each innings. In power play only 3 players will be allowed outside the 15 yard circle.

11. In case of tie, there will be super over. In case decision is not made. Then again super over but the same bowler not bowling the same end and wicket batman not play again.

12. Each bowler can bowl 2 overs in a 8 overs match and two bowlers can bowl 3 overs in 10 match.

13. Only nominated player allow to play in team.

14. Reporting on time as per given schedule is required and will be appreciated

15. Throw bowling strictly not allowed.

16. Players are advised not to wear safety shoes or play bare foot while playing. Only sports shoe will be allowed.

17. Sports Committee strongly recommend that all members of cricket community must maintain the decorum during the tournament.

18. Ground rules like boundaries etc. are fixed and will be briefed on match day to captain by the umpires.

19. If any team is not having sufficient playing members, then opposite team will be decided as winner without playing a match. Maximum of 10 minutes wait time is possible after the match reporting time.
