1. 1st match to start at 7:30am. The buffer time is 15mins. If the match doesn't start by 7:45am, then unless both teams agree for over reduction (4.5 minutes= 1 over) then the match has to start irrespective of the number of players in both the teams.

2. For matches other than the first match
  a. Matches has to start within 15mins of the end of the previous match
  b. If it doesnt start, then unless both the playing teams for the scheduled match agree for over reduction, the match has to commence irrespective of the number of players.
  c. In case of matches starting irrespective of the number of players, then the team/s having less players can accept new players into their squad till the 1st innings of the same match.

3. Over reduction when required : 4.5 minutes = 1 over

4. Walkover rules come into picture only when a team has less than 6 players and the same team is not willing to play.
