RULES & REGULATION BALL

The tournament will play with hard tennis ball. The committee will provide the ball to each teams for the tournament. 
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen incidents during the tournament. 
The committee has the authority for rescheduling the matches as per committee decision. All matches will be 16 over. 
Minimum 5 bowlers should used for bowling. One bowler can bowl maximum 4 overs and the remaining 4 bowlers can bowl up to a maximum of 3 overs each. 
Power play will be applicable the first 4 overs of each innings. 
During power play maximum 2 fielders are allowed outside 30 yard circle. 
After the completion 4 overs a maximum of 5 fielders are allowed to field outside the 30 yard circle. 
LBW is not included in the match rules. Any kind of no ball are free hit. Wide, no ball, leg bye, and over throw runs are included in the match rules. 
The playing 11 should be available and present at the field before start of 5" over, for both the match innings, if not, the players cannot bat or bowl during match. 
If a bowler does chucking (throwing), the umpire will take decision as a NO BALL even if not appealed by the batsman. 
If the bowler repeats the mistake for the second time, the bowler will not be allowed to bowl in the match. The same rule is applicable for beamers. 
For the first beamer, it will be considered as a no ball and the second mistake will lead for disqualification of the bowler from the match. 
DEAD BALL A ball is declared as dead ball if the batter finds the ball damaged by a crack after playing the ball. 
However, if the cracked ball is hit for boundary or wicket it will be not added in team score. If the runs are scored by a single or doubles or three runs or four runs with the ball crossing the boundary line, it will not be added to the team score for that reason being a dead ball. 
OTHER RULES
Each team should report at the ground with at least 8 players to avoid walk over. If the players are less than 8, it will be considered as walk over and the opponent team will get 2 points. 
One BOUNCER per over is allowed as per international rules. 
No runner is allowed during the match. In exceptional case, it is allowed only if the opponent captain agrees. 
Any players who get retired hurt can only bat at the end as the last batsman. 
Playing teams should bring their own stumps, bat and wicket keeping gloves for the matches. When a wicket falls, the next batsman should reach the crease within 90 seconds to avoid delay in match 
No ball will be declared without warning when the fielders talk, sledge or make any kind of noise after the bowler starts the runner up for bowling and when the ball is being bowled 
Bowling teams should complete the bowling not later than 80 minutes for 16 overs. 
If any team delays the completion of bowling, the committee will seek explanation from the team 
Only 1 ball should be used for 16 overs. If ball is tampered before the 4th over, then bowling team can choose new ball. If the ball gets tampered after 4 overs, the batting team can choose old ball. Each team should keep the used ball with them after each match. 
UMPIRE
•The umpire should be conversant and proficient with the tournament rules and regulations along with laws of cricket. 
During league matches, one umpire will be from batting side and the second umpire will be from bowling side. From knock out stages, umpiring will be done by neutral umpires. Umpiring should be done just and fair by the umpires. Umpires should keep the dignity of the tournament. Umpires should not take wrong decisions favoring his team. 
CAPTAIN/MANAGER
The captain/manager should be conversant and proficient with the rules and regulations. They should make their players aware of the rules and regulations
They should control the behavior of all team players. The captain will be responsible for the player behavior on the ground 
They should encourage the bowlers to bowl with the standard bowling action. 
In case of any dispute between the teams, the concerned team captain or the manager should report to the committee. 
The captain should resolve any issues on the ground in case of disputes. 
The captain should respect the umpire's opinions and decisions. The captain is the only player from the team who can discuss with the umpire and opponent captains. 
No other players are allowed to discuss anything with the umpires or other players. If any player behaves badly on the ground, the committee can take action against the player.
