? ?*FCC Internal Tournament 2024*? ?

 *Rules* :(please read rules carefully )

1. Match will be of 15 overs each side

2. Powerplay of first 5 overs : 5 bowlers to be used in powerplay , a total of minimum 6 bowlers to be used . If six ballers are only used then Bowlers spell format  2 & 3 overs. 

1st 3 bowlers will be allowed to bowl 2 overs max only.

3. Field restrictions : max  2 fielders outside 30 yards for 1st 5 overs and then max 5 fielders outside the 30 yard circle.

4. One side team will be given 65 min to complete the innings.

5. Failing to complete overs in 65 min will imply a penalty of one player to be brought within the 30 yard circle  will be applied for the remaining overs.

6. The match strictly starts at 6:45 AM (1st ball should be bowled by 6:46 AM). Match start time will be decided by FCC Management and Umpires based on light feasibility.

7. The teams will be allowed / forced to start the match by 6:45 AM with available members on ground. Both side team players should be on ground by 5th over concludes. If any player reaches ground after 5th over will not be allowed to play.( This rule will be followed strictly and no amendments will be allowed and request everyone to respect the decision in view of  every player )

8. Any player of any side that fails to reach the ground (team dugout)  after 5th over of 1st innings  will not be allowed to play at any instance of any side and this is the responsibility of the owner, to manage team players. After 5th over no player will be allowed to play. 

10. Every team is requested to compulsorily rotate 2 players after every match. Please plan your team accordingly. 2 player change is compulsory after every match, if you can't change 2 players then the team will play short if players are required to be repeated from last played match squad. Please plan accordingly.

9. Please don't bring any such requests to the FCC Committee or Management.

10. Any decision made by the stand-in umpires will be final and no arguments or debates will be entertained on ground. Any argument or debate with umpires will attract a penalty of time / points / over / runs.

11. Any issue or conflict should be solved between two teams captain / vice captain. Please do not involve FCC management or Committee. 

12. Request team owners / captain / vice captain to please adhere to rules formulated and ensure a fair play with a good spirit of game.

13. FCC management / committee will try and govern the game externally and will not get involved in any on ground disputes. They have the right to step-in and take appropriate action based on the situation.Whatever decision taken by FCC management / committee should be respected on and off the ground and backs talks will be entertained.

14. FCC Management / Committee will definitely strive for the best possible non-biased decisions. 

15. We request every team owner / captain and vice-captain to give a fair chance to every FCC player who is a part of the tournament.

16. All the team owners ensure FCC FEES of every team member needs to be paid before 1st tournament match of each side. Failing to do so the player will not be allowed to play the match.

17. All team owners to clear your dues before the tournament starts.

18. Incase a match needs to be stopped after 2nd innings is started and has completed 5 overs of second innings then D/L method from cric heros will be used .

19.  The decision of the ball being used for matches will final of FCC Committee/ Management. No questions to be asked. 

20. Opening batsmen will not be allowed to bowl 1st 3 overs in the innings (indirectly in powerplay)
