1. All Matches will be played with Green Tennis Cricket ball in HAL Stadium in Day and night format. 

2. Every match will be start at 03.45 PM in working days and Matches on Sundays & Holiday's, timing will be decided by organizing body of HASC.

Every innings will be played for 12 over including semifinals and final. 

One bowler is allowed to bowl 3 overs maximum in a 12 over game match. 

Umpire/ Referee decision is final and binding. 

One player is allowed to play only in one team. 

In any type of unpleasant situation during game ,in this regard decision taken by organizing body will be final. 

All the matches will be played under ICC rules, Except LBW. Also if the match is tied, match will be 

decided as per Super Overs. 

10. If match is stopped due to rain or any other reason then it will be decided as per the following: 

C 

1st innings not completed, Rematch is preferred, (if rematch is not possible, then only 

points will be divided) 

b. 1 innings completed, 2nd innings 3 overs not completed, then 2nd innings will resume from where it stopped.

1" innings completed, 2^d innings 3 overs completed, then match will be decided as 

per DLS. 

11. Team formation will be based on IPL format without Owner and Manager. 12. Owner and Manager are not allowed to play. 

13. Without Jersey and shoes no player is allowed to play. 14. Round arm bowling action is allowed to bowl under the supervision of umpires and match Referee. Chuck bowling will be awarded No ball & subsequent free hit as per prevailing law. 15. As the tournament is organized in line with IPL format each and every interested player are encouraged to register their name with PB.no. for participation in the tournament. 

16. Registration fees for each player is Rs. 150/- and the same is to be deposited with Sports Club along with registration form on or before 06.01.2024. 

17. Registration form for candidate and franchise allotment along with other details are provided (please see the attachment). 

18. Team Jersey will be provided by the concerned Franchise. Dark Colored jersey to be preferred. No fluorescent color is allowed. It is preferable that APL may be printed on front of Jersey. 19. Registration fees of unsold player will be refunded.
