1. 20 players list to be provided with photograph. 4 replacements will be allowed at any point of time in the tournament and replaced player will not be allowed further. 

2. In all cases D&L will decide match result in case of bad light, rain or any other if in second inning minimum six over is bowled. 

3.If 26 over cannot be completed, match will be replayed from the start

4.In case of any dispute between two team, rest 6 captains will share the final decision after mutual discussion 

5. Playing 12(11 players 1 sub if available) option will be available with any 11 can bat and ball, in all the four innings but no new new members can be added in the squad once match will start

6.Fielding can be done by any non playing member in starting 12 except Batting, bowling and wicket keeping. 

7. In case of any dispute, only two captains and umpire  will make any decision. 

8. if any player/player's from listed 12 players is/are not available on the field before start of the match, he/they can join max by 6th over of the first inning

9. If any team is not available as per schedule, advance will be forfeited and opponent team will get bye and point. 

10. Every team will have to reach half an hour before schedule time, team responsible for any delay will have one over deducted from their quota for every five minute delay and ground owner can decide tbe overs basis time left. But if any one team is culprit, in that case, min 2 overs ( max 4)will be deducted from their quota. 

11. IPL type format will be there with each team playing each other once and 4 top teams will qualify for the next round where Qualifier 1 between Rank 1 and Rank 2 teams and Eliminator between Rank 3 and Rank 4 teams as per IPL format 

12. Any deviation in rule can still be allowed by opposition captain and no other teams are allowed to raise objection keeping FPL objective of friendliness in all matches intact.

13. Any team leaving mid of the tournament will have to give walkover in all the rest matches and advance will be forfeited and will not be allowed again 

14. Any ex player of any existing team can only play from any other team only if he has NOC from previous team no matter if he has played before one year or so

15. 1-4 overs will be mandatory PP with two fielders outside 30 yard and rest two over can be taken between 5-18 overs with three players outside 30 yard otherwise 19-20 will be mandatory PP.
