TOURNAMENT FORMAT:-

10 TEAMS
2 GROUPS ( 4 LEAGUE MATCHES EACH TEAM)
2 TEAMS FROM EACH GROUP WILL QUALIFY FOR THE SEMI-FINAL
FINAL

RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE TOURNAMENT:-

• There will be 10 teams participating in the Tournament divided in 2 groups with Teams of each group playing each other in league format.
• Top Two Teams from each group will proceed for Semi-Final based on Points/Run-Rate.
• All matches will be played on Sunday Morning & Afternoons.
• Morning Matches has to start from 8:30 am and Afternoon matches from 1:00 pm.
• All Matches will be of 20 Overs
• All Teams are expected to respect the Tournament rules and adhere to the Tournament set-up.
•  Maximum of 5 fielders are allowed to field on either side of the wicket excluding Keeper.
•  All No-balls will be free hit. Front foot, full toss above hip height & bouncer above shoulder, illegal bowling action & violating fielding restrictions will be a No-Ball.
• There will be no LBW.
• Umpire’s Decision will be Final.
• In case of any dispute or conflict, only captains will be allowed to speak with the umpires who in-turn can consult Organizing Committee if required.
• Wicket keeper can come to bowl directly after an over ends.
• Online Scoring will be done in CricHeros app.
• Please note that once a team member has been named as part of one team, he will NOT be allowed to play for another team in the tournament.
• All players from both teams should be present 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Toss should be done 5 minutes before scheduled start time.
• If opponent team is delayed for 30 minutes from the scheduled start time, 2 over will be deducted from the delayed team and 1 over deduction every 10 minutes after that. If a team is late more than 60 minutes the opposite team will be declared as Winners.
• At least 7 Players of the Team must be present for the game to start.
• The list of playing XI must be finalized before the toss by both team captains.
• One New ball will be provided for each Innings of the match & will be changed only upon damage to the Play beyond playing condition which will be decided mutually among Captains/Umpires.
• Each Winning Team will be awarded 2 Points for win and In case of Tie 1 Point awarded to Each Team during league matches.
• In case of Tie during Semi-Finals, there will be One Super over until the clear result.
• A substitute player will not be allowed to Bat/Bowl. A substitute fielder will be allowed for only initial 6 overs, if the player not reach by that time then the team have to play with lesser players, Substitute fielders can only field at any time during the match.
• Request all players to play fair under all circumstances.
• Captains are responsible to avoid any Misbehavior on the field such as abuse a player, umpire or indulge any activities that may cause unnecessary problems.
•  All Players should carry with them valid ID.
• Professional & state players will not be allowed, NEW PLAYER NOT ALLOWED DURING KNOCK-OUT MATCHES.
• Mankading is allowed as per ICC norms.
