RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. All participants are requested to read all rules carefully before start of their respective matches.
3. All Captains should make sure to have the teammates wear SAME Colo code clothes while playing matches.
4. All the matches will be played with white season ball.
5. All Teams will play a minimum of 2 matches each, regardless of winning or losing their league matches.
6. The teams which end-up 1st and 2nd after league matches, on the basis of the points/NRR, will play the final.
7. Each team can nominate 12 players to play in any match, viz., the starting 11 and the 12th Man. The list of the 12 players will be handed over to the Scorer immediately after the match toss.
8. All the league matches will be 12 overs-a-side. Teams will be required to complete their quota of 12 overs within 55 minutes, failing which 5 penalty runs per every 5 minutes delay will be awarded to the opponent team.
9. Final Match will be 15 overs-a-side. Teams will be required to complete their quota of 15 overs within 70 minutes, failing which 5 penalty runs per every 5 minutes delay will be awarded to the opponent team.
10. All Matches will start at the timings mentioned in the schedule. All participants are requested to reach ground at least 30 minutes before start of their respective matches. In case of delay in start of the match due to late arrival of players or any delay attributable to:
(a) Batting team: 5 penalty runs per every 5 minutes delay will be decreased from the total score at the end of the innings; and
(b) Fielding team: 5 penalty runs per every 5 minutes delay will be added to the total score of batting team at the end of the innings.
11. If any team does not take its position on the field within 10 Minutes of the match start time, a walk over will be handed over to the other Team.
12. All players are requested to carry their valid Photo id proof (Driving License/ Aadhaar/ Election Card/ Passport) and produce the same to the Volunteer or Organising Committee as and when asked for. Any player who is found playing with a false identity, will not be permitted to play in the tournament.
13. Decisions of the Umpires shall be binding on the teams in case of any dispute arising in or out of the matches.
14. All teams should bring their own cricket kits for the tournament.
15. All players should wear cricket shoes with proper grip. Shoes with metal spikes are not allowed.
16. All teams are requested to carry their own First-aid kit. We will have a management for the same.
17. During the match, the teams playing the match will occupy the player’s enclosure/dugout.
18. Teams are requested to designate 1 substitute player to assist scorer and commentator during the match.
19. (a) In all league matches, only 2 bowlers can bowl a maximum of 3 overs each while the other bowlers can bowl a maximum of 2 overs each.
(b) In the Final match, each bowler can bowl a maximum of 3 overs each.
20. (a) In all league matches, first 3 overs of the innings shall be mandatory powerplay wherein maximum 2 fielders shall be permitted to field outside the 30 yards’ circle.
(b) In the Final match, first 4 overs of the innings shall be mandatory powerplay wherein maximum 2 fielders shall be permitted to field outside the 30 yards’ circle.
21. Barring the Powerplay overs, the fielding team shall be allowed a maximum of 5 fielders outside the 30 yards’ circle.
22. (a) In case of a tie in the league matches, the result will be decided on the basis of NRR/most boundaries scored (fours and sixes)/least dot balls/toss of a coin.
(b) In case of a tie in the Final match, the result will be determined through a Super Over. However, in case of a tie in the Super Over also, the result will be decided on the basis of NRR/most boundaries scored (fours and sixes)/least dot balls/toss of a coin.
23. All other ICC rules will be applicable.
24. The umpires may allow a maximum of 1 drink break during each inning.
25. The organizers reserve the right to change any rules of the matches/ tournament prior to start of the match and the organizers decision shall final in all aspects in the tournament. Changes, if any, will be notified to the captains before the match.
