All captains have agreed to follow these rules -
1. All legal action bowlers can bowl a max of 4 and 3 over in 20 and 15 overs games respectively.
2. Bhatta bowlers are allowed to bowl max of 2 overs in both 15 and 20-over games, a bowl could be given a no-ball if the batsman finds it too fast. (1 over is allowed for Bhatta if there's a <15 over match)
3. There will be extra runs for wides, no balls, overthrows, leg byes, and byes.
4. LBW won't be considered
5. There will be no Feilding restriction for powerplays.
6. In case 2 or more teams share the same points after league matches, the top 2 will be decided on the basis of net run rate (NRR = winning team run rate - losing team run rate)
7. No substitute from the current team is allowed to bat or bowl extra (in case someone is not ready or willing to bowl or bat for himself)
8. Any damage to the pitch/bat/ball on purpose (by any player) is not allowed, another team can ask for fair compensation in this case (i.e. 5-10 extra runs)
9. The second bouncer in the same over will be given a no-ball.
10. A free hit will be given for any type of a no-ball.
11. If a ball bounces or twice or more before reaching the other end of the pitch, it'll be given a dead ball. This doesn’t provide any free hit or extra run to the batting team but an extra ball will be served
12. No runner will be available.
