Rules for Cricket:

1. The tournament will be played with VICKY SOFT ball

2. New Ball will be given for each innings in all the matches & in case of ball is lost during the play

3.The tournament will be played on knock out basis. League matches will be played 6 Over's each side and Final match will be 8 over's each side

4. In 6 over matches 2 bowler can bowl maximum 2 over's each, In 8 over's matches 2 bowlers can bowl maximum 02 over's each and 1 bowler can bowl 03 over's.

5. The complete team members should be present 10 minutes before the commence of each game. Failing to do so Walk over will be given to the opposite team & they will be considered as the winners after consulting with refree, organising sports committee and captains

6.Umpire's decision will be final for all the games & events. Any sort of protests/arguments with the umpire will not be entertained and only captain is authorised to discuss with umpire and co-ordinator and if the cricket match stops in-between due to rain then the cricket match will continue after rain stops

7. The bowler should not Throw the ball (Chucking) during bowling. The striking batsmen can appeal in such case and decision of the Umpire will decision will be the final.

8. Points considered for Man of the Match & Man of the Series is as follows

    a. 10 Runs - 1 Point

    b. 11-15 Runs - 2 Points

c. 16-20 Runs - 3 Points

d. 21-25 Runs & So on - 4 Points & So on

e. Per wicket - 1 Point

f. Per catch - 1 Point

g. Per run out - 1 Point

h. Stump out by Wicket keeper - 1 Point

9. No bouncer is allowed. Free hit is only front foot NO BALL (If the bowler crosses the front line while delivering the ball)
