We will play 20 overs match  with 2 innings. First batting 10 overs then bowling team plays 10 overs then batting team continues from first inning score with the batsman who were not out the crease  and then second team chases what ever left of their first inning score. This complete 20 over match so everyone gets batting only once. 4 bowlers can bowl at max 3 overs and remaining can bowl at max 2 overs.  1st and 11th overs are mandatory power plays. From 2 to 10 overs 1 batting and 1 bowling powerplay. From 12th to 20th overs 1 batting and 1 bowling powerplay.  So total 6 PPs. There is no follow on scenario if first team gets all out before 10 overs second team can chase in 20 overs. At max we can have 28 players per match and regular players will be preferred.
