Welcome to 8th edition of “ACC Challenger Series”. This is an AWAY series. In this edition, the matches will be played with ACC and Punjab Kings in a 3 Match series format of limited overs T-10 (or T-20 if specified). The idea is the welfare of ACC and equal opportunity to grow for other team players on a regular basis, eventually prepare for bigger tournaments.

Following Rules to be followed:

1. The equipments to play this series will be shared as it’s an away series. Medals May be awarded for Man of the Match in each game for encouragement of fair and extraordinary play.

2. Umpire’s decision will be final. Both umpires should coordinate making crucial decisions.

3. Wide, no, over throws and byes are applicable and accountable. Mankadding with one warning per team. The captain should inform the team in advance.

4. Powerplay1 of first 2 overs  and powerplay2 of 1 over between 3-8 overs in max. 10 over an inning a game with max two fielders outside the ring. 

5. In Normal overs, at anytime max. 5 fielders outside the ring. And max. 5 on the leg side. Min. 2 must be behind the striker popping crease including keeper.

6. Points and then NRR to be calculated for each round to qualify the next.

7. Weather conditions and rain are taken into account for postponing the match decided by the organizing committee.

8. Further Rules to be agreed on friendly terms with teams before the start of series. At some grounds like Coppistr. 8, the grounded shots at backward area can be ran for max 2 runs after running, and shots outside the backward fence accumulates to no run.

9. Refreshment and water to be arranged by teams themselves.

10. Trashes to be thrown into bins by the respective teams with responsibility of captains.

        11.    Maintain healthy relation with guest team AB’s appreciate each other’s effort after each game and at the end.
