Detailed rules for the tournament 

1) A div, B division and board players not allowed .

Board trophy ( min 10 yrs ) , A division (min 5 yrs ) and B division ( min 2 yrs ) ALL IN TERMS OF LAST MATCH PLAYED .

( Not only in lko but anywhere in the world ) 

2) Out of the playing 12 minimum 8 players must be 30 plus and 4 can be between 25-30 .

Note - all age related calculations will be done with respect to starting date of the tournament i.e 5/8/23

3) 18 member squad has to be submitted in this group publically ..... 2 players can be changed during the league stage with a fine of rs 500 per player ...only with prior information to this group . After league stage  no changes can take place .

4) players of only  Lucknow/ barabanki  have to be included in the squad ,  players must have either residential proof or employment proof of Lucknow/ barabanki .

Note - Incase a player is from outside  lko/ barabanki then he should be a government employee as well as should not have played and division cricket evey anywhere 

5) team has to upload a pic of minimum 8 players in this group at the given time to avoid any over deduction . Failing to  which one over shall be deducted every 10 mins delay .

( E.g if the pic upload time is 6:30 AM and the valid pic comes at 6:31 AM then 1 over will automatically be deducted without any discussion or listening to any excuse ) 

6) team has to complete 18 overs in 1 hr n 20 mins .... Failing to which only 3 players shall be allowed outside the circle in the remaining overs and this change in field shall be applicable immediately after the timer reaches 1hr 20 mins (drinks break time or any other interruption if any , will not be counted in the 1 hr 20 mins ) 

7)the teams have to pay remaining entry fee in first two league matches ..... if any team does not pay entry fees on time or defaults commitment..... , organizing committee will hold the right to cancel it's upcoming matches or disqualify the team from the tournament 

8) protest if any has to be done within 24 hrs of the completion of the match ....with a protest fee of rs 500 ..... If protest is found right the fee shall be refunded and match points shall be alloted to team making the protest .

plz note - 

a) only match points will be given , NRR will be as it is 

b) in a situation where the team making the protest itself is found breaking any rule and this is proved withing 24 hrs of the protest then In such a case the protest shall be cancelled and the match result will be accepted no matter the opposite team has raised the protest or not .

9) we as an organizers are committed to the timely completion of the tournament......so all the preferences of the teams , shifts and timings cannot be taken care of .. although we will conceder as much as possible .

10) every  team will have the right to know the age of any player of the opposite team ....and can ask for the identity cards of any player .....for this no protest of protest fee is required. 

Plz note - only hard copy shall be entertained..incase player does not have the hard copy at the time of match ....he has to send the video of the hard copy along with the pic 

11) incase of any dispute on  field / off the field ....the decision of the on field umpires / organizing committee will be final . Any type of misbehavior shall not be entertained.

12) incase any team is disqualified from the tournament....the teams which were supposed to play a match with that team will get walkover 2points ....and the teams which have already played match with that team will not get any NRR benifit or loss ..means the NRR of the matches of the teams against the disqualified team will be set zero . 

13) incase of an extra match given to any team  as a result of walkover .....the stats of the players shall be taken into account in the leaderboard 

14) incase of a protest is found to be right ....and any player is found to be played against the rules ...it will the responsibility of the team captain ....so cross check your team before submitting .....match points will be given to the team making protest incase the protest is found right ... without entertaining to any excuse .

15)Rain interuption rules  :-

CSD sahara Gomti Nagar ground has best in class covers for wicket as well as bowling runups as well ...and drainage system is such that match can be re started again after rain interuption even if it rains for more than an hour during the match ..... For this only thing which is required is participation of players in assisting the ground staff in pulling off and on the covers ......as the covers are really heavy and gets even heavier when loaded with water and atleast 10-20 people are required to move it......so teams cooperation will be must ..... 

But in any extraordinary situation and extra ordinary rain if incase the match doesn't gets re started after the rain interuption, the rules are as follows :-

Less than 10 over of total game  - then REMATCH 

After 10 over of first innings -  4.5 overs of second innings -ni POINTS SHARE 

After Completion of 5 overs of second innings - RESULTS WILL BE DECLARED BY D/L METHOD

Plz note - if the rain comes during the running match and the interuption time is more than 20 mins then match could be shortened with equal number of over reduction from both the sides .
