16 teams , 4 groups 
Each team plays 2 league matches.
Top two teams from each group gets qualified.

Winners - 7000 ?
Runners - 4000 ?
Man of the series - 1000 ?
Batsman of the series - ?
Bowler of the series - ?


* 6 overs per innings
* New ball will be used for every innings
* Two bowlers can bowl two overs
* Runs given for both the wides 
* Free hit for all type of no ball
* No mankading 
* Chucking strictly not allowed
* Only one bouncer per over
* No leg byes
* If the ball hits the side net or the top net   first and goes to boundary then its declared as four.
* If the ball hits the top net and gets catched by a fielder its declared as not out.
* No exchange of abusive words
* Umpire decision is final.
