1. Matches: 8 + 2 a side, 4 overs per team. From second round, 3 overs per side in knockout.

2. Team creation: Organizers create team name in CricHeroes App, admin adds 10 players before July 28. No additions after fixtures.

3. Tournament: 10 registered teams, matches on Astroturf field.

4. Player list: Provide 8 players to scorer. No bowling or batting for substitutes.

5. Fixtures: Organizer decides on July 29 at AbuHail ground. Timings communicated later.

6. Timing: Matches start promptly, toss 5 mins before. Adhere strictly to schedule.

7. Tiebreaker: Super Over determines winner in case of tie.

8. Super Over: Each team selects 3 batters and 1 bowler. Batters can bowl and vice-versa.

9. Dead ball: Ball touching overhead cables.

10. Ball usage: New ball for 1st round, used ball from 2nd round until Semis.

11. Bowler restriction: Maximum 1 over per innings.

12. Scoring: Singles, fours, and sixes from marked areas.

13. Bowling rules: Leg spin, off spin, straight ball allowed. No chucking or throwing. No warning for chucking.

14. Wide/No ball: Two runs awarded, legal delivery except in last over.

15. Equipment: Soft tennis green ball, matches on Astroturf.

16. No LBWs or Free Hits. Byes and leg byes count.

17. Injured batter: No runner. Can retire and bat again after next wicket. Substitution with approval.

18. Attire: No shorts, teams arrange jerseys.

19. Umpire decisions final. No arguments allowed.

20. Overs reduction possible at organizer's discretion.

21. No smoking or alcohol on ground. Avoid littering.

22. Ground cleanliness: Players responsible, dispose of bottles properly.

23. Participant criteria: Exclusive for Konkani-speaking Roman Catholics. Valid visa required. Team held responsible for Visit Visa player issues.

24. Prizes: Winners and Runner-up + Cash. Trophies for best batter, bowler, fielder, MVP. Special recognition for Hat-trick Sixer/Wickets. Player of the Match award based on CricHeroesApp.

25. Ground fee: 350/-. Payment before July 24, 2023
