2. Organizers create team name in CricHeroes App. Admin adds 10 players before July 28, 2023. No additions after fixtures.

3. Tournament: 24 registered teams, matches on Astroturf field.

4. Provide scorer list of 8 playing players. Substitutes can't bat or bowl.

5. Fixtures decided by organizer on July 29, 2023, at AbuHail ground. Timings communicated later.

6. Match timing strictly adhered to. Prompt start, toss 5 mins before.

7. Tie: Super Over played to determine winner.

8. Super Over: Each team selects 3 batsmen and 1 bowler. Batter can bowl and vice-versa.

9. Ball touching overhead cables = dead ball.

10. 1st round: new ball, 2nd round till Semis: used ball.

11. Bowler: 1 over max per innings.

12. Scoring: singles, fours, sixes from marked areas.

13. Bowlers: LEG SPIN, OFF SPIN, STRAIGHT BALL allowed. No chucking/throwing. Umpire calls no ball.

14. Captains brief players on rules well in advance.

15. Soft tennis green ball, matches on Astroturf ground.

16. No LBWs, Free Hits. Byes, leg byes apply.

17. Injured batsman can't have a runner. Can retire, bat again after next wicket. Substitution needs umpire and opposition captain approval.

18. No shorts. Teams arrange jerseys.

19. Umpire decisions final. No arguments allowed.

20. Organizers may reduce overs if needed.

21. No smoking or alcohol on ground. Avoid alcohol during match.

22. Keep ground clean, avoid littering. Dispose of bottles properly.

23. Tournament exclusively for Konkani-speaking Roman Catholics. Valid visa required. Team held responsible for Visit Visa player issues.

24. Prizes: Winners + Cash, Runner-up + Cash. Trophies for best batter, bowler, fielder, MVP. Special recognition for Hat-trick Sixer and Wickets. Player of the match award based on CricHeroesApp.

25. ABL Trophy: 2nd runner-up, 1-over match per team.
