1. Throw bowling not allowed

2. Captain of non-playing teams will do umpiring.

3. League matches will be 10 overs. 2 Bowlers can bowl maximum of 3 overs each.
1st Power play will be of 2 overs at start of innnings. 2nd Power play will be of 2 overs. To be decided by batting team. if no decision, then last 2 overs will be considered as PP overs

4. Eliminators, Qualifiers & Final matches will be 12 overs. Maximum of 3 overs per bowler.
1st Power play will be of 3 overs at start of innnings.
2nd Power play will be of 2 overs. To be decided by batting team. if no decision, then last 2 overs will be considered as PP overs

5. For Free hit incase of No-ball (1 run for no-ball will be counted)
For Free hit: If ball goes outside the court directly OR run-out, player will be considerd out
For Free hit: If batsman is bowled, stumped or get caught: He will be considered not out

6. Wide, Bye, leg-bye, Over throw runs will be counted. LBW not applicable

7. Umpire decision will be final. Incase of doubt between both umpires, ball to be redone

8. Super over incase of Tie for all matches. 2nd super over, incase of 1st super over is tied. Incase of 2nd super over is also tied, then bowl out. No field restrictions

9. Each captain must ensure player availability. Incase, player is not available then team will play with short players.
Player short due to urgency: Substitute fielder can be taken from opponent's team or any of player participating in the tournament. Team with short player will have to play with short batsman/bowler. Substitute can only do fielding/wicket keeping. No bowling or Batting allowed by substitute player

10. Every Captain must report at ground: 15 mins in advance

11. Max 2 players can be outside second pole for non power play overs (including super over case)

12. Dead Ball:
If bowler hit non striker end wicket by mistake with hand/leg, while bowling then it will be a dead ball
If there a dead ball (2 drops/tappa before striker end crease) and ball is outside the wide ball mark, then one run will be count for wide ball. There is no run on dead ball except this.

13. Last man can bat along but there should be non striker also, who will do only running

14. Old balls will be used at start of new innings. Fielding team captain to select ball

15. Last contact of ball to be considered for max runs.
Example: If ball hits for 2 runs and then it goes for 4 runs, 4 runs will be considered
If balls hits 4 first, then it goes for 2 runs, then maximum runs, meaning 4 will be considered

16. No substitute will be given for player arriving late. Matches will start on time

17. 7 players to do batting. 7 players to do bowling . 6 players to do fielding

18. Rule of No Ball in case of full toss above waist height. Same rule for all type of bowlers: Spin bowler, Fast bowler

19. No runs will be allowed (Leg bye), if batsman does not offer any shot. Wide, Byes, No balls will be counted in this case
Incase of evasive action from batsman, leg bye will be counted

"Rules for Reserve slot for rain affected matches"

1. Match interrrupted in between : then it will resumeed (irrespective of the match condition)

2. 4th slot will be used as reserve slot for matches impacted by rain. Incase of 8 over match : Maximum of 2 overs per bowler, 1st power play will be of 2 overs, 2nd powerplay will be of 1 over

3. Priority will be given to the team to use the next 2 available slots, whose match got impacted first. Incase, 2 priority reserved slots are used by other teams for their rain impacted matches, and the team match is still pending, points will be awarded equally. No more waiting/priority after 2 slots are consumed

4. Matches will be rescheduled once both captains agree

5. For using the reserve slot on same day, both captains have to inform the organizers, before the starting of the 3rd slot match
For using the reserve slot on next day, Both captains have to inform the organizers, 1 day in advance (before 6, pm, 7 pm, 8 pm) so that other teams get fair chance to check players availability (in case 2 teams wants to use the reserve slot of next day)

After league round, top-4 teams will qualify to next round of Qualifiers and Eliminators

Team ranked-1 and 2 will play Qualifier match. Winner Goes to Final directly

Team ranked-3 and 4 will play Eliminator match.

Winner of Eliminator match will play wil loser of Qualifer match. Winner of this match goes to Final
