Umpire decision is final.Mandatory rules to umpires,
1. Leg umpire need to record all the balls and should be in a situation to provide recording if challenged.
2. Bouncer and Height wide ball decisions should be a collective decision of the umpires.
Matches will be played in any weather conditions.
3. Umpires to follow strict time lines for every match.
Each match should be played for 25 mins, with a buffer, decision in the buffer is purely on the umpires' authority.
4. Captains should be the spokesperson while explaining their arguments to umpires.
