All matches shall be of Knock out type and will be played for 7 overs.
The schedule of matches will be on 01st and 02nd of July 2023.
Power play will be played for 2 overs.
Semifinal and final match will be played for 8 overs.
Each team must consists of 12 players and should be from the same section of the semester. Only first year students can club their team from both the sections (K & L).
Players cannot be changed or removed from the team after submission of players list.
Each bowler can spell maximum 2 (2, 2, 2, 1) overs in a knock out match.
Each bowler can spell maximum 2 (2, 2, 2, 1, 1) overs in a semifinal and final match.
Swapping of team players will not be allowed.
Byes are included in the Match & no Leg byes.
The entire accessories viz. bat, stumps, balls will be provided by the organizers.
Umpire decision will be final and non-negotiable.
During any confusion / disputes, only Captains must enquire with the Staff Sports co-ordinator and Match umpires.
