Rules and regulations
For PCPL (20-23) tournament rules and regulations for white balls
Dear captains,
The following rules shall be followed henceforth in Prasadz league MUST and SHOULD
✳️. A minimum of 7 players MUST be present from both the team by the time of toss. If not, overs will be reduced to the team who doesn’t have 7 members.
✳️No current HCA league players are allowed. If anyone is found to break this rule, opposite team will be granted points
Reporting time needs to be strictly maintained ( if the teams delayed to come then the overs will be reduced )-
2. Mankading runouts applicable in this tournament as per new rulel tournament
3. Rain affected rules:
If the rain interrupts within 10 Overs of first innings teams will get points share
And if rain interrupts after 10 overs of first innings to remaining anytime Game Stop ( like badlight , abandoned,rain interruption)
(IN FIRST INNINGS AND SECOND INNING BEFORE 4.5 OVERS ) points will be shared Between the two Teams
DL method will be applicable LEAGUE STAGE & knockouts games as well
After 2nd innings 5 overs to 19.5 overs. DL applicable the scorer will decide on that match it is available on the system, you can consult the scorer, decision will be given by umpire .
4. If the match starts late any rain interruption umpires will reduce the overs
below is the standard match timing which should be followed by across all Teams
Match timings
First match 7:30am
2nd Match 10:30am
3rd match 2:15 pm
IF TEAM COMES LATE OR BOWLING OVER RATING SLOW UMPIRES WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REDUCE THE OVER . UMPIRES WILL STRICTLY FOLLOW THIS RULE
EVERYBODY SHOULD REPORT ON TIME IN GROUND.
5. IN THIS TOURNAMENT SUPER-SUB is applicable , PLEASE INFORM THE UMPIRES SCORER AND OPPOSITE TEAM CAPTAIN TO MENTION THE 12th Player (Super Sub)
WHO IS THE SUPER SUB
6. Current 3 day Players Ranji Players & State players not allowed to participate in the corporate tournament
7. when a batsmen is out caught, the new batsmen shall come in at the end the striker was at, i.e. to face the next ball (unless it is the end of an over).
8. bowling or batting spikes shoes are not allowed in this tournament ( Rubber Spikes are allowed)
9. All the players should report 20 minutes before we have to report on the ground

Dear captains, please go through the below rules and guidelines that will be followed from this week for all the matches:
1. Wicket keepers keeping up to the stumps for either pace bowlers or spinners MUST wear helmet - this is MANDATORY and umpires will not start the match until the rule is followed
2. Batsmen are advised to wear a helmet during the course of play
These rules are for players safety and is our first priority. So please talk to your teams and co-operate the rules strictly.
