Contact: 7760600065 / 8123277797 Email: info@sportiveevents.com Web: www.sportiveevents.com Entry Fee: 7,000 Team Registration Fee: 3,000 Rules & Regulations: • Tournament is restricted to 24 teams (first come first serve). • 3 League + knock-out format. • 24 teams will be split into 6 groups with 4 teams per group. • Each team play 3 league matches and top 2 teams from each group qualify for knock-out. • Top 4 teams in knock-out will directly qualify for Quarter & rest 8 teams should come up with pre-quarter. • Event dates – 1st, 7th & 8th of September-2019. • Scoring will be done online (CricHeroes application). • All players should be from same company. (ID card is mandatory). • Strictly for corporate employees. • All the matches will play in Tennis ball (Yellow Vicky). • Players should bring their own essentials. • We are not responsible for any physical injuries for the players. • First Aid kit available only for Minor injuries. • Players should report before 15 minutes of match. • No player will be allowed to play without ID card of the company. • A player cannot represent multiple teams in the series. • Late arrival of players leads to automatic walkover for the opponent. • Umpire decision is final. • Organizing committee has the all authority to dis-qualify team/player if they are not obliging to rules of tournament. • Entry fee is not refundable once team get registered. Match Format: • The minimum number of players required to register a team is 12 players. The maximum number of players in a squad allowed for team is 15. • The matches will be 8 overs a side & first 3 overs will be power play. • Only 2 players allowed outside 30 yard circle during the power play. • Minimum 4 fielders (not including keeper & bowler) should be inside 30 yard circle at any movement of match (Even after power play). • New ball will be used for each innings. • A bowler cannot exceed 2 overs in bowling in an innings. • Leg side 6 players (including bowler) will be considered as ‘No Ball’. • ‘Free Hit’ applicable for every ‘No Ball’ • Substitute allowed only up to 3 overs, if player not exist before 3 overs then player will not allowed playing. • If rains before 4 overs of 1st innings & not able to play on same day, then it will be considered as re-match on next day. • If rains after 4 overs of 1st innings, then match will get continue in next day/same day if possible. • In case of a tie, the match will be decided by super over. Awards & Prizes: • Winners: 30,000 + Trophy + 5,000 Vouchers from ‘KSHEMA HOSPITAL’. • Runners: 15,000 + Trophy + 2,500 Vouchers from ‘KSHEMA HOSPITAL’. • Semi-Finalists: Trophy • Momento for every team will be awarded. • Man of the match will be awarded in every match along with 300/- Voucher from ‘KSHEMA HOSPITAL’. • Man of the series will be awarded. • Best Batsman of the series will be awarded. • Best Bowler of the series will be awarded.
